This is a statement of Bridgnorth & District Camera Club policy designed to conform to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
In order to run Bridgnorth & District Camera Club we hold a small amount of information about our members.
We do not share this information with external organisations other than that required for external competitions with other camera clubs
- Data:
- Your name, home address, e-mail address, and contact telephone number.
- Purpose:
- To manage the club membership to keep you informed of club news and activities.
- Retention:
- Please advise the General Secretary if you wish to opt out of being kept informed of club news and activities. Images submitted as competition entries are retained for historical records, use in external competitions, uploading to the club website, and press releases.
